What this actually is
Odors live in the foam under the seats, in the carpet backing and in the cabin air filter, so that's where the work goes. An air freshener only sits on top of it.
We find and remove the source first. Then the material that soaked it up is hot-water extracted and treated with an enzyme, a new cabin filter goes in, and the car runs an ozone cycle sealed up to oxidize whatever is left. The job takes anywhere from four hours to a full day, depending on how far it's gone.

How odor removal is done here
Every stage below happens on every car. Skipping one is how a cheaper quote gets cheaper, and how the result stops lasting.
Find it
We find where the smell is coming from before we treat anything.
Extract
Hot-water extraction through the carpet and foam that took the hit.
Enzyme
A biological treatment breaks down whatever extraction couldn't lift.
Ozone
Sealed-cabin ozone cycle, then aired out before you get the car back.
