Two winters of dogs, wet gear and trail dust. Full extraction, enzyme treatment and an ozone cycle.
The owner said it smelled like a wet tent. Damp gear stored behind the seats had wicked down into the carpet backing, so the smell was coming out of the foam rather than off the surface.
We lifted the rear carpet, extracted it properly, ran an enzyme treatment through the affected area and fitted a new cabin filter. An ozone cycle at the end dealt with whatever was still hanging in the air.
The dog hair worked into the rear bench took two of us most of an afternoon. That part is all hand work.
